MATERIAL: The v-groove wheel is made of high quality standard 45 # galvanized steel, with a bracket thickness of 11 gauge (3mm). These wheels are precisely machined, with a solid construct, consistent quality, and very smooth rolling, making them corrosion resistant.

SIZE: The wheel diameter is 2 inches/49mm, with a wheel width of 1.14 inches/29mm, a groove depth of 0.4 inches/10mm, and an overall height of 2.5 inches/63mm from the top of the wheel to the bottom of the plate. The mounting hole diameter is 1/4 inch, and 1/4" mounting bolts or welding are needed.

STRONG LOAD CAPACITY: Each heavy-duty caster can carry a load of up to 650 lbs, and 8 casters can easily support up to 5000 lbs.

SMOOTH ROLLING: Each wheel is equipped with double 6000RS chrome steel sealed ball bearings for increased resistance and durability. When used on an inverted v-track, these v-groove wheels have much less rolling friction, making tasks that were once difficult much easier.
