The V groove wheel is made of high quality standard 45 # steel with galvanized and has a bracket thickness of 11 gauge (3mm). These v-groove wheels are precisely machined, solid construct, consistent quality, and very smooth rolling, corrosion resistant.
The size of the wheel is as follows: wheel diameter is 2 inches /49mm, wheel width is 1.14 inch /29mm, groove depth is 0.4 inches /10mm, and the overall height is 2.5 inches /63mm from the top of the wheel to the bottom of the plate. The mounting hole diameter is 1/4 inch (requires 1/4" mounting bolts or welding).
Each heavy duty caster allows a load capacity of 650 lbs, and all four casters can easily carry up to 2500 lbs. The wheels are built with double 6000RS chrome steel sealed ball bearings for higher resistance and durability. These v-groove wheels on an inverted v-track have much less rolling friction and have changed the roof rolling off from a hard job to an easy job.
